Feline Medicine

We treat a wide variety of complex feline medical conditions in a cat friendly environment.

Our Facilities

Our feline medicine referral service is geared up to manage a wide variety of complex feline medical conditions with an emphasis on ensuring this is done within a cat-friendly environment. Our large purpose-built facilities enable physical separation of feline patients from dogs and ensure that visual contact between cats is avoided. A calm, quiet environment is maintained at all times and our dedicated inpatient nurses ensure individual needs are met.

We have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment (including CT, MRI, digital radiography, and ultrasonography) and have a well-equipped endoscopy suite with a selection of small-diameter scopes facilitating rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy and gastrointestinal endoscopy.

We also benefit from an on-site laboratory and where necessary, work closely with other disciplines providing additional feline services such as cardiology, soft tissue, and orthopaedic surgery. Importantly, the practice boasts a cat-only waiting area, feline consulting room, feline hospitalisation ward and dedicated feline procedures room as well as a plethora of additional cat friendly equipment.
