I cannot thank Georgie enough for the amazing treatment she has given to my 10 year old boxer; Ruby-Rose. With the help of PRP she has given this girl a new lease of life. Problems that others have failed to identify were no challenge for Eden vets, they diagnosed quickly and treated efficiently. I travel an hour and a half to attend appointments here with my girl and I am so glad I found these guys. Centre is immaculate, staff are super helpful and friendly and Georgie is my girls saviour!! Fantastic place. All the staff love animals, and our cat, who had an eye removed, was very well looked after (if your pet has to stay in, you will get regular updates and photos through what's app. Our cat was looked after by Georgia, who did a fantastic job. I definately recommend the place. ☺️👍

We had tried everything possible with our regular vets, but nothing seemed to help. She was constantly scratching, rubbing herself along the floor, and losing large amounts of fur. Her paws were so sore from biting that they would bleed, and she became so uncomfortable she would barely move from her bed. It was heartbreaking to see her lose interest in everything she used to love. Once the referral to Eden was made, we were contacted the very next day and booked in for a consultation. From the moment we arrived, the care we received from Viorela Singeorzan was incredible. Our first visit was very in-depth, with Viorela taking the time to fully understand Coco’s history. She ran multiple tests during the appointment and discussed the results with us before we left. She had a good idea of what the underlying issue might be but explained clearly that we still needed to identify the root cause of the flare-ups. We were given a plan to follow, but unfortunately Coco quickly worsened. After contacting Eden again, Viorela arranged to see us immediately. That same day, she prescribed a brand-new medication, Zenrelia—so new that no animals at our own vets were on it yet. Within just two weeks of starting the medication, Coco began making amazing progress. Her itching has reduced significantly and the biting at her paws has improved dramatically. Her fur is slowly growing back, the bald spots are becoming less noticeable, and she is finally sleeping through the night. Best of all, she has started playing with her brothers again. Our little girl is slowly returning to the diva she has always been, and it’s such a relief to see her happy. I cannot thank Viorela enough for her passion, expertise, and genuine care for Coco. She has gone above and beyond for us. The rest of the team at Eden have also been wonderful—friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating with appointments, especially since we travel from Stafford for Coco’s dermatology care. While Coco is improving, she still remains under Viorela’s care with regular reviews as we continue to work towards finding the exact root cause of her allergies. We’re hopeful that with her guidance, we’ll get the answers we need soon. Eden Vets and Viorela have truly changed Coco’s life—and ours. We are incredibly grateful.

We can’t recommend Eden Vets (both sites) highly enough. The staff are so kind and considerate of your situation whilst also being fantastic with animals. They took great care of our cat, remembering when he’d been in the week before and taking the time to fuss over him. Lovely staff and practice.

Recently moved both dogs here after service at another vets locally seemed money orientated rather than about the animal. Eden have been brilliant on every visit. The clinic is calm clean and welcoming. They really proved how caring they are when we recently put one of our dogs down. They made the whole situation as easy as possible. All the staff were compassionate and supportive whilst keeping the dogs best interests in mind. I can't thank them enough.

Our cat Hector recently underwent a ventral bulla osteotomy at Eden Vets under the care of Ginnie Jones, and I cannot thank the team enough for the incredible care he received. From the very first consultation through to surgery and aftercare, Ginnie and the whole team showed such professionalism, skill, and compassion. The procedure was explained clearly, updates were given at every step, and we always felt Hector was in the very best hands. The surgery has truly been life-changing for Hector. His recovery has been excellent, and it’s amazing to see how much more comfortable and happy he is now. We were shown photographs of the surgery and were given detailed explanations that really helped us understand what he had been through, which we deeply appreciated. We are so grateful for the outstanding care and expertise at Eden Vets and would not hesitate to recommend Ginnie and the team to anyone needing specialist veterinary treatment.

Eden and Georgie have been fab over the past 18 months with myself and Jam. He’s had a rough year with Illiopsoas strain, OCD and a spinal issue but each time I’ve been up all the staff have been friendly and helpful. He’s had stem cell, PRP and arthroscopy treatment and despite not loving being handled pulls me into eden each time for a fuss. Highly recommend them! Sadly we had issues with my youngest Oz and again the care she has received has been nothing but exemplary She’s sporting a very sexy post surgery look

Fantastic vets who go the extra mile for our babies. Spotlessly clean, bright and modern but still really inviting. This practice is totally focused on making you and your pet at ease and keeping them healthy. From the reception staff to the vets themselves, everyone is friendly knowledgeable and compassionate. The fact they have the capacity to do overnight intensive care and operations on site mean there's way less upset and disruption. They also do home visits and offer a to put to sleep at home service. This is not only the best vet in our area, but the best vet I've ever been lucky enough to use. First class.

The Team at Eden have been absolutely brilliant looking after Margs. It’s never straightforward looking after another vets pet (we are the worst worriers and know too much!) but from my initial worried messages to the reception team through to the nurses and the vets everyone has been absolutely wonderful. What reassures me most is that she has the continuity of staying at the same place for the initial consultation through to advanced diagnostics and nursing. Everyone has been so thorough, have kept me updated and been reassuring, practical and straightforward. I even got sent a little picture of her being fussed by the night nurses. Our 11 year old dog had a limp on his front leg and after a specialised ultrasound Georgina diagnosed arthritis in his elbow which had had the knock-on effect of causing tendonitis in his shoulder. One condition required rest and one required movement so difficult to treat. However, after two PRP procedures (regenerative medicine whereby the dog's platelets are injected into the affected area to stimulate healing) Murphy improved massively. There was a long period of recovery but it was worth it. Georgina was wonderful, such skill and knowledge in abundance. A very personable, kind and delightful person to deal with. Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing vets who go above and beyond! My girl Purdy was in for over a week and the love, care and hard work given to her was incredible. They kept my updated at all times, we got to go visit her in a lovely room and was always made welcome by reception staff. I can honestly say they are the best vets around and I am so glad I got to bring Purdy home without them this wouldn’t have been possible.

I couldn’t be more grateful to the Eden vets team but especially Lucy for how they’ve taken care of Koda since we moved to the area three months ago. Koda was struggling with ear issues for 18 months and his previous vet were getting nowhere with him. We felt like we were going around in circles and that whatever was causing the issues was never going to be fixed. In three months Lucy met Koda for the first time and has just signed him off now with signs of issue gone. He’s nothing short of transformed, and the really telling thing is how happy and comfortable he is going to the vet now. That’s purely down to Lucy and the Eden Vets Sandbach staff. A big thank you from Faye and I, and especially Koda.

Lovely vets and staff

Twice in three months Eden Vets have saved the life of our Weimaraner Bloo. The first time he was in the care of their hospital for four days undergoing tests until they found he had bacterial pneumonia. They successfully treated him and he made a recovery. Last week we had to rush him in again with the same condition and once afain they saved his life. The first time he caught the pneumonia has left a weakness in his lungs that cannot be fully cured. All the staff have been brilliant and Vets Laura and Ginnie were amazing and kind as was Martha the nurse. The communications were fantastic and we were contacted regularly every day to not only update us on Bloo's progress, but also to let us know the cost implications. Thankfully, we were insured and Eden Vets dealt with the claim to. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My dog Lady was extremely poorly and even Eve the vet at Eden wasn't sure she would survive the weekend. Now 3 weeks later she is back to being healthy and her old self. We cannot thank Eve and all the staff at Eden who looked after Lady and cared for her. Eve kept us updated at all times even on a Sunday, she didn't sugar coat what she needed to explain to us but made sure we understood just how ill Lady was. Would recommend to anyone for the amazing care and attention they gave Lady.

I recommend my parents to your practice for a second opinion for their old, very sick cat. The vet that we initially saw (Jenny) was so kind and patient and told us our options without being pushy, but made it clear because of his age and condition, putting him to sleep would be best at this time. They took him home for a last night of cuddles and to make a decision. We returned on Saturday 30th November for the appointment. Dexter has been a very much loved family pet for 15 years so we were all really upset. On arriving at the Shavington branch, one of the staff was there to greet us, and walked us straight through to the family room, which was really appreciated. There, we were given time to say goodbyes. The family room is brilliant and each of the personal touches, from the final treats, blankets, tissues and low lighting were a massive comfort to me and my family. We were able to keep our pet on our laps, so that he spent his final minutes cuddled up with his family, instead of on a cold table. The vet we saw today I think she was called Gemma, was incredibly supportive and really led where we needed her to. Each of the personal touches that Eden Vets and their caring staff provided made such a difficult day so much easier, and it was a massive comfort knowing that our cat passed over to rainbow bridge in the most comfortable way possible. Thank you for putting our animals first, it's really good to know that as a business you can be trusted to lead with the best for our pets rather than what will make the most money, which is really appreciated in a time where emotions are high and decision making is difficult. My parents are now transferring their dogs over to your care after the service they have received this week. Thank you all for your care.

I highly recommend Eden Referrals. After being originally referred here for scans & lameness investigations, my own vet also requested a biopsy was done due to some ongoing issues with my dog’s gums. We had an initial consultation with Georgina & she was happy to do the biopsy whilst he was under but also suggested a CT to rule out the possibility of a tumour. Unfortunately the results did come back as a benign tumour. Rocky underwent a rostral bilateral mandibulectomy a few weeks later at Eden. The care throughout has been incredible- it made a worrying time a lot more bearable knowing he was in such safe, caring hands. He isn’t always an easy dog to handle & deal with but I always felt the staff went above & beyond to make it as least stressful as possible for him & me. Thank you to everyone at Eden!

Words can not describe how AMAZING Eden is! The amazing Laura and her fabulous team of nurses quickly discovered what was wrong with my jellybean after a number of wrong diagnosis’ and got to work on making this boy better! He was extremely poorly when coming to Eden and it was very touch and go but once Laura got a plan in place my boy quickly started to feel like himself again and now 3 weeks later is completely back to normal. We just had our last consult as Laura wanted to make sure he was all better before closing out referral, she is extremely thorough but also won’t waste money where it’s needed and doesn’t order unnecessary tests! The team of nurses at Eden go ABOVE and beyond for our animals, they send picture messages and update twice a day, jellybean really captured the heart of one of the nurses and I really can’t thank her enough for the exceptional care she gave to my boy! Jellybean sends lots of purrs and kisses to Eden and we want you to know we are eternally greatful for the outstanding love and care you gave to our handsome boy! Anyone would be BLESSED to use Eden as there vets referral or not and I know where I will be taking my others if I am in doubt! Thank you Eden!

Myself and Pablo can’t thank Eden Vets enough for their services. The reception team are so friendly and helpful, and always make you feel welcome. We have seen many of the vets who are all absolutely second to none in their experience and knowledge. Pablo has recently been seeing Georgie for a complex case. She has listened and taken on board all of my concerns about his health, despite his condition being rare and hard to work out a treatment plan for! He’s now on his second round of PRP injections and is getting on amazingly. Thank you Georgie and all the Eden team!

Our bella became ill while we were on holiday. We rung Eden vets up. They saw us that day. They were very freindly and so helpful. They were mindful that we were on holiday and said they would see us again if needed before we travelled home. The medicine she was given along with the advice worked a treat and we didn't need to go back. Would definitely recommend this practice. Thank you guys for making our bella feel better

How can u improve on perfection. Eden vet practice are fantastic, from the professional reception team to the caring, professional and kind vets and nurses. Really professional, our dog had a ruptured crutiate and required an operation. The surgeon explained the procedure in great detail, and so far, post op looks promising. Long recovery but looking better after just one week.

I cannot fault anything about Eden Vets in the slightest. My young springer spaniel developed lameness in her right leg and Ed from Eden Vets identified the problem. My dog had cracks in both elbow joints which was a genetic disease. Ed was quick to book her in for the operation and she is now back to 100% health. During consultation Ed was very informative about what the problem was, how to resolve it and talked me through the operation. The service Ed and Eden Vets provided was faultless - I cannot recommend them enough!

Over the last two years Monty had a complicated life fighting against liver failure and chronic hepatitis, shoulder problems and the dodgiest of hips (even for a Labrador). We were at the vets much more than a dog owner would really wish to be but it means that we interacted with many members of the Eden team covering first opinion, medical, surgical and inpatient. From our first appointment right through to our last we have always felt welcomed, the service and care we received was exemplary, and Monty was getting the best possible level of veterinary expertise. Our gratitude and appreciation for them is unwavering.

My cocker spaniel (Twix) was referred to Eden Vets for TPLO surgey. Today he has had his final checkup and has been signed off. I cant thank Ed and his team enough for what they have done for him. I couldn't of asked for a better vet to look after my boy, Ed was fantastic from start to finish. The whole team at Eden Vets are extremely professional which made everything so much easier.
